Service Update: Network Connectivity Issues

We pride ourselves on the 99.99% uptime we’ve maintained over the last 5 months. Unfortunately, that streak is being challenged by factors entirely outside of our infrastructure.

Our upstream provider is currently targets of a massive High Bandwidth Layer 7 DDoS attack. While our internal systems remain stable, this external congestion is causing temporary loading issues and Cloudflare errors for some users.

Current Status
-Cause: Upstream Provider Network Attack.
-Impact: Intermittent connectivity/Cloudflare 5xx errors.
-ETA for Mitigation: We expect a full resolution within 3 hours.

Moving Forward
We aren't sitting idle while our provider recovers. To ensure we return to the 0-downtime standard you’ve enjoyed, we are already finalizing migrations to new, more resilient upstream partners with superior DDoS mitigation.
